Service Boiler - From £135

(Full service of boiler including strip of heat engine. Performed to manufacturers instructions. Parts may be required and are not included. Includes cleaning of magnetic filter, condensate trap and re-pressurising expansion tank if applicable)

Service Fire - From £135

(Full service of gas fire including inspection of chimney if applicable. Removal of appliance and clean of catchment area in chimney for all open flued appliances)

Service Cooker - From £60

(Safety check of appliance including a clean of injectors and burners.)

Gas Safety Check Boiler - From £60

(Minimum basic 34 point check to be done on an annual basis)

Gas Safety Check Cooker - From £30

(Minimum basic check to be done on an annual basis)

 Landlord Inspection / Homeowner Inspection - From £75

Yearly inspection for homeowners who house is rented out to tenants or from prospective house buyers. We provide a report and certificate of your appliances condition. Includes one heating appliance (room-sealed) and one flue-less gas cooker or hob. All other appliances will be subject to additional charges as above, if you also require servicing for any of the appliances this is done as an additional extra.

Water health check - From £35

Water quality checks on your central heating system including turbidity, pH, TDS and inhibitor levels

Diagnosis and Callout Charge 08.00 - 17.30 - £75 (Mon - Fri )

Diagnosis and Callout Charge 08.00- 16.30 - £130 (Sat - Sun )

Diagnosis and Callout Charge (Outside of normal hours) - £150 (Mon - Sun)

(Travel to address, includes labour only up-to 1 hr and written diagnosis or quote.)

Labour First Hour - £75

(Labour only, parts will be charged as extra.)

Labour subsequent hours - £60

(Labour only for each hour after the first hour. Parts and materials will be charged as extra.)

Under-floor heating thermal survey - £150

Thermal imaging of underfloor heating, identifying cold spots and installation defects

Labour Half Day   £200

(Labour per engineer per 4 hours. Labour only parts will be charged as extra.)

Labour Full Day - £370

(Labour per engineer per 8 hours. Labour only parts will be charged as extra.)

Installation and upgrade work

Boiler Installation - From £2000

(Supply and fit combination or conventional boiler with a 5 year Warranty)

Gas Cooker/Hob Installation - From £90

(Excludes alteration of gas pipe and any fixing kit, hoses and connectors required to ensure your installation is safe and to current standards these can be provided at extra costs.)

Smart Thermostat Installation - From £220

(Supply and fit Hive Thermostat, Receiver and Hub to standard single zone installation.)

Under-floor heating design service - £120

Design and production of an under-floor heating plan including pipe lengths and flow rates.

Power-flush system - £450

Power-flush boiler, radiators and pipework, including vibration and thermal imaging. Finished with a full system balance and water quality tests
